LEAVING CHECKLIST
When getting ready to leave Camp Fletcher please ensure
- All rubbish in cabins / rooms is placed in bins provided
- All rubbish in amenities blocks is placed in bins provided
- No rubbish is left around the grounds
- One blanket is neatly folded on the end of each bed
- One pillow is on each bed
- All sport equipment is returned to the box in the Rec. Hall
- All furniture is returned to the position you found it in on arrival
- All Tables in the hall are wiped
- All Chairs in the hall are stacked in piles of 5 against walls
- All Chairs in the chapel are stacked on either side of the room
For self-catered groups
- The kitchen is to be left as found with all utensils crockery, cutlery and equipment thoroughly cleaned and returned to their original places
- The Kitchen floor is to be swept and mopped
- The Kitchen rubbish is to be placed in the Skip Bin
- The Fridge and Freezer are to be emptied and wiped out
Group Leader should check all rooms just prior to departure for any lost property.
