DEPOSITS Your deposit cheque, payable to Camp Fletcher, must accompany the Booking Form and be received by the Booking Officer four weeks after the phone booking.
A cleaning fee will apply to any group if the site is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. All rates quoted are on a daily basis. Weekend rates are quoted on a daily basis. A usual weekend would be arrival Friday evening after dinner, departing Sunday mid to late afternoon (before dinner) ie Two days. NOTE: The Managers will make out a final Tax Invoice, and this must be paid BY CHEQUE to them before departure unless a prior arrangement has been made, in which case the payment must be received by the Managers no later than 7 days after your departure from the site. FEES - MINIMUM CHARGE IS FOR 25 PEOPLE Payment will be for the numbers phoned through to the Managers one week prior OR for the number of campers staying, whichever is the greater. All daily rates are subject to change prior to receipt of confirmation ie Deposit Cheque and Booking Form. This confirmation must be received by the booking officer no later than four weeks after the phone booking.
