BOOKINGS

Having decided Camp Fletcher is the place for your camp or house party you will need to follow the following steps.

1. Phone the Booking Officer to ensure the date is still available.
2. This call must then be followed up within four weeks by posting your deposit cheque plus the downloadable booking form, (completed, as best you can at the time of booking - numbers at this stage are only estimated.)

Bookings are not confirmed until the Booking Form and deposit cheque have been received.

SHOULD CANCELLATION OCCUR, THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED ONLY IF THE site is REBOOKED BY ANOTHER GROUP FOR THAT PARTICULAR TIME.

The campsite is also available for mid week day conferences, luncheons or evening dinners. Menus and prices negotiable.

Final numbers must be phoned/faxed to the Resident Managers seven days before the camp is due to begin, ie a group going in on Friday evening must phone their numbers through the Friday evening before.
